Illinois, USA born Billy Corgan (Jr.) is a guitarist and vocalist who is most well known for his role as frontman of the band The Smashing Pumpkins.

Along with the albums he recorded with The Smashing Pumpkins, Corgan has also released a solo album , done considerable work on soundtracks, and been featured in dozens of EPs and albums by others.
