After having to cancel his second of two shows in Copenhagen, John Mayer has also had to cancel shows in Amersterdam, Madrid and Manchester.While not disclosing the nature of his illness, a statement on his site suggestes a full recovery is expected.Ticket holders are encouraged to apply for a refund from their purchase locations.
