Bono released from Hospital and Home Recovering

U2360° Tour Dates pushed back into 2011 as Bono begins rehabilitation program that will take a minimum of 8 weeks.

While the good news for U2 and Bono fans is that the Irish singer is out of hospital and starting his recovery, the bad news for those in the US and Canada is that they won't be seeing U2 in North America this year.

The band and LiveNation announced today that, due to Bono's injury and the rehabilitation now required, these dates are being rescheduled for 2011. Also affected is U2's appearance as the headliner at the Glastonbury Festival in late June.

Should Bono's recovery go well and only take the minimum 8 weeks normally required after his type of surgery, the earliest the band would be able to continue their tour would be for it's date in Turin, Italy in early August.

More details are available at the band's website at www.u2.com.
