Formed in 2008 by former Quo Vadis vocalist Trevor Birnie and young guitar virtuoso Sam Jacobs, Annex Theory set out to create a truly unique sound, fusing an original multi-vocal style that can only be experienced to believe with crushing groove, silky smooth technicality, monstrous hooks, and dense atmosphere. The duo recruited Wade Forshaw (guitars), Matt Rutowicz (keyboards), Adam Jefkins (drums), and Jordan Fehr (bass) to set launch the act into orbit and beyond.
